Your employer may or may not allow you to create an App Password for a corporate account they control and on which they apply multi-factor. You should be reaching out to your own IT support instead of an open community of Apple users of retail products. The moment Information Technology is in play, they hold all the cards and all the keys to the game.

Hello fish2626,

To help resolve issues with your google work accounts you will need to go through steps to determine if the issue is within your user account or the entire system.

First boot into safe mode to see if the same the issue remains. Safe mode can help bypass software that may cause conflicts: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple SupportNext, create a new user account and try to sync your google accounts. Follow the steps below to create a new user account: 1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Users & Groups .2. If the lock at the bottom left is locked , click it to unlock the preference pane.3. Click the Add button  below the list of users.4. Click the New Account pop-up menu, then choose a type of user.5. Enter a full name for the new user. An account name is generated automatically. To use a different account name, enter it now — you can’t change it later.6. Enter a password for the user, then enter it again to verify. Enter a password hint to help the user remember their password.7. Click Create UserSet up users, guests and groups on Mac - Apple Support
