since macOS Monterey upgrade I can not longer access my google work accounts. they will not sync
I have gone into google settings and when I go to sync the multicoloured spinner icon comes up, same thing happens when I want to add an google account

You need an App Password created by you on the Google account to access email outside of the Gmail web interface.

For your info I did reach out to my IT support, they will have nothing to do mac computers and are not allowed to assisted if its a device you are using from home as it is not a corporate device. just looking for help
