I went through the entire availability of activities on my Apple Watch. There were several and covered most (if not all) popular activities, however, nothing for Lawn Mowing or Gardening. There is that OTHER category choice but I am sure that it will not exactly apply to Lawn Mowing or Gardening. I recommend that you suggest this feature directly to Apple by leaving a product feedback here 👉 Product Feedback - Apple
