Event tickets added to Apple Wallet using my Mac do not appear in iPhone Wallet

Several times I have used my Mac to purchase tickets to an event through a website that has a button to add the ticket to Apple Wallet. After clicking it I get a new window showing the ticket with the message "This pass has been added to Wallet." But that ticket/pass doesn't appear in the Wallet app on my iPhone.

I can't find anything about viewing my Apple Wallet on my Mac which is a Mid 2015 MacBook Pro. It's not anywhere in the iCloud website. I know I can't use my Mac to make purchases using Apple Wallet on my Mac but I still should be able to do something!

The Apple Wallet app on my iPhone has an Add to Wallet but there is no option for adding a pass.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

See this: Use Wallet & Apple Pay on Mac - Apple Support

To use Apple Wallet on the Mac, you need to have Touch ID. I don't think your Mac has Touch ID. Macs with Touch ID have a System Preference called Wallet and Apple Pay and it enables you to use your Mac to make purchases with Apple Wallet. Apple Wallet isn't on your Mac because only Mac laptops from 2016 or later have Touch ID.

I‘m having the same problem purchased events ticket not downloading onto Apple wallet, despite it says would sync through iCloud into iPhone and iPad… I hv M1 chip and Touch ID on my MBPro 13” late 2020 version, doesn’t make a diff.

Not sure where the ticket got saved… my Apple Wallet is quite empty, except expired events and air tickets from several years back ? 🙄😬
