iPhone 13 pro max facetime glitch

Brand new iPhone 13 pro max video cuts out during Facetime. The other persons screen will freeze or blur out with a triangle with an ! in it. Contacted support and did all the trouble shooting things so far. Haven't done a restore yet. I'm frustrated that a phone that costs over a $1000 doesn't work the way it is supposed to. I have had to do a system restore to fix the focus glitch. It's not my provider or connection because I never had this problem with my other iPhones. Doing a search about the problem I see that has been an ongoing issue. Does anyone know if there is a solution?
