Thanks for asking Jack but obviously if I don’t have the password the first step it’s go to the “forgot your password” link and I did it, but the reason because I started a new discussion was because the system show me that this ID “is not valid or not supported” and “we can’t find an Apple ID matching the information provided”, so after of this I tried to restore the phone and now when check the phone it is ask me for the Apple ID “i**********@gmail.com” but I don’t have the password and if I try to recover the password, again the system show me that “is not valid or not supported” and the cycle re-start, so please, PLEASE let me know what can I do?
