the spatial feature on my 3rd gen airpods ain’t working when i try to turn it on, what can i do for it.?

Enabling Spacial Feature:
Try performing the following.***
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: Accessibility
- Tap: Audio/Visual
- Disable: ‘Mono Audio’ (so that it is greyed-out)
