remote keeps disconnecting

I have an Apple tv 4 remote and recently it starts disconnecting and reconnecting when playing games downloaded from apple arcade. when I watch tv and on different streaming apps everything is fine but when I open a game app the remote starts disconnecting and reconnecting resulting everything to freeze or moving slowly and it takes time to be able to go out of the app and close it. I'm unable to play games now even if I switch to a gaming remote.

Hello hagaimann,

For issues with the Apple TV remote unexpectedly disconnecting, we'd recommend trying the following steps:

Ensure that tvOS is fully updated: Update your Apple TV
Disconnect Apple TV from power by unplugging it. Then, reconnect and test things out again.
Leave the Siri Remote charging overnight, and test again the following day.
Help to rule out any interference by ensuring the Apple TV isn't enclosed in a cabinet, or behind the TV display
