STARZ app

I purchased a monthly subscription to STARZ on my iPhone 8+ and watched several series on that and was also able to access STARZ on my tv via my Roku stick. I now have an iPhone 13 and cannot access my account. Under Apple settings (iPhone 13) it shows my Mac book, iPhone 13, as well as iPhone 8+. Do I need to delete the iPhone 8+ so I can log into STARZ on my iPhone 13? The app was purchased in as well as used in the US.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you are attempting to use your Starz subscription on your new device and are getting this error, do we have that right? Are you able to watch on any other device currently without an issue?


Is your iPhone 13 running the latest versions of the iOS ( 15.3.1)? Are there any updates available for the app?
