How to leave a message conversation when “leave conversation” is not available!!! Help!!

If the "leave conversation" option is not available, you cannot leave the group. You might be able to block each number individually and that might stop the messages.

Apple needs to help with this. The fact that i cant i can not exit conversations if there are not many imessage users in the group is not helping at all. How many numbers from a group does one block to get out of this? A better solution has to be there to address this

Apple can’t do anything about it if anyone in the group is using SMS. That’s the way SMS works; it is outside of Apple’s control.
