Apple Watch claim status

Hello, I would like to know if case ****** is still open?

I opened this claim some time ago, but had no chance to follow all the procedure so far. That's why I would like to know if this case is still open or should I raise a new claim?

I would like to take my Apple Watch to service and stay there for repairmen.
