My new MacBook Air M1 2020 makes intermittent ticking noise. Happens randomly a few times a day and lasts anyway from 5 to 15 seconds. Any ideas?

Have Apple do a hands-on evaluation. Your Mac may from time to time experience increased fan noise, but things like ticking, beeping and such need to be checked out by a Genius.
