Missing music from Itunes library

I have recently noticed that on both, my laptop and Iphone, there are artist missing from my Itunes music library. Additionally, there are artists where half of an album is missing, then when I go to check purchase history in the store the artist or album that is in my library doesn't even appear in the purchase history.

It would be nice to be able to access the content that I have paid for.

Finally, i'm not interested in an apple music subscription. Stop trying to sell it to me. And stop messing with my library, and then when i go to find the songs try and sell me a subscription to apple music you cnts.

This complaint is for both of my devices.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15

On TOP of that looking into purchase history, I see that I have been charged multiple times for single items, with years in between charges.

Example, Kanye West albums purchased in 2007. Full album. THEN in 2010 im charged again for the album.

Fat Freddys Drop. album purchased 2007. THEN in 2010 im charged again.

Dr Dre 2001. Album purchased in 2007. THEN in 2010 im charged again.

Thats just a few of the discoveries. other albums/ artist listed where i'm charged double

Aesop Rock, Common, The Streets, DJ Shadow, Goldie Looking Chain.

Thats just re-examining the years of 2007 & 2010.
