I want to add my plane tickets from southwest. I touch the add to wallet and it does nothing
Where are you seeing the boarding pass? Is it in an email, or is it the Southwest app? Try powering the iPhone off and back on again? Are you connected to the internet?
I am on southwest, where I checked in. I see the boarding pass and see the “ send to apple wallet” button. I press the button but nothing goes to the wallet. I have my wallet activated
You'll have the option to add a Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Card, or transit card in certain cities, so that depends on your country.
Some features may not be available in all countries and regions.
For example: add Debit Card or Public transport card.
Debit Card -> Choose a bank, tap on your Bank and add.
Public transport card -> only some countries can be added, tap on it and see if your country is listed.
I can't add my public transport ticket to Wallet yet.
Where are you trying to add them from? Is this an email you are accessing on the iPhone? Do you have Wallet setup, and did you follow the steps shown in the Related Article above?
