Apple wallet not working.

I tried to add American Airlines tickets to apple

wallet using the “add to apple wallet” button on the tickets. Then I clicked the Add button on upper right but the tickets don’t show up in the wallet. Wallet has “edit tickets” at bottom of the screen and the tickets show up on the edit screen, but it only shows the red delete line next to the tickets and won’t let me add them. What’s happening?
