Can I buy a phone on Apple website and then use it on another carrier like straightalk

Yes, however ensure that you purchase an iPhone that is not associated with any carriers. On the Apple Website, when you are in the process of purchasing the iPhone, choose “Connect on your own later” option. This will ensure that you will be getting an unlocked iPhone not associated with any carrier.

Yes. Simply choose “connect on your own later”.

But do be careful as not every carrier supports iPhone.
