When I try to update or download something and ask for my password but it’s asking for my dad‘s email when I’m hooked up to my email on my phone since I am on my tablet and I do not how to change the email on my Apple store

Even if you change the email address in the App Store, if the app was downloaded using your dad's Apple ID, you will need to use your dad's Apple ID to update the app.
To change the email address in the App Store, go to Settings/iTunes & App Store, tap the ID at the top and sign out. Then sign in with the desired Apple ID.
