Hi! I’m having major issues with my iPhone. Suddenly it hasn’t been working and I noticed double cell phone bars in the upper right and I looked and it shows a primary and secondary phone line. I only have one phone line. I’m trying to get rid of one but I can’t even make a phone call for some reason. Is there some way to fix this? Thanks!

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Cellular. Ask them how this has occurred.
