Update says I am not connected to internet but I AM

My iPhone 11 is connected to WiFi but when trying to install update 15.3.1 it gives me NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET. What do I do?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support, then try to Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support again.

If the issue persists, see: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update - Apple Support.
