The first thing we would suggest would be to power cycle the iPhone by pressing and holding the side button until power off appears. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. Once restarted, check the subscription by tapping on Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. You should be able to see if the updated subscription is recognized.
If it is still not correct, we would suggest that you Contact Apple Support .
They will be in the best position to assist further.
