The other person can't hear me in FaceTime calls

All of a sudden after making a phone call to Apple customer support changing my Apple ID permission on a game now I can’t make a phone call from my phone without using FaceTime it calls in the other person but they can’t hear me what is going on help need my phone for work I am a travel nurse
