Application Failed to Start

I think there're bugs on the Monterey OS

So this application is called "Forescout SecureConnector", for complying secure connection and check the requirement or trust of the user's data network before going through the server and database management access.

I've tried many times install and uninstalling all of the application related file using .dmg and Uninstall.sh shell script, but when I run the apps from the Launchpad Icon or directly from the Application folder, nothing happened ... (I've connect it to the intranet of my office for the prerequirement)

So I've tried check the content package on '/Applications/ForeScout SecureConnector.app/Contents/MacOS' and run 'Forescout Secure Connector' executable file but found this error (shown below). Then I change the permission's file to 777 and the error message has been vanished.

BUT ... when I check 'fs_sc.log' file on /Library/Application Support/ForeScout/log, I found that the clipboard is error [-4096]. This makes the app couldn't start at all.

I've try some suggestions about re-installing the Ms. Office as the problem of clipboard might come up there, but again ... nothing happened.

Even I've reinstall the MacOS and nothing fix the problem, and I even have updated the OS to the latest, again ... nothing fix the problem.

Can anyone give me some more helpful suggestion ?

I appreciate that if you could. Thanks !

Do you mention where the failure happens?

Can you install?

Did you give it Full Disk Access(?) in your >Security&Privacy>Privacy>Full Disk Access

Pardon, I don't know what you mean. You mean the location of the folder ? The failure happens when I start the app, it won't running, so I trace the error log on the Application Support (Library) and on the Package Content and that's it.

Can you install?

Yes I can, i've install and uninstall it many times to check if the problem come from the installing proccess. The installation is "successfull" from the notification i've got

Yes I gave it. From the beginning of success installation i've prepared this setting before running the app. Even I've reduced the security from the recovery boot options setting and have had disabled the gatekeeper security.
