broken phone

hey i have recently got a new phone due to breaking my old one is there anyway i can retrive my photos off the old one ?

If you had iCloud Photos turned on in the old phone, when you turn it on in the new phone (using the same Apple ID for iCloud) the photos will automatically sync with it. See: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support


If you didn't have iCloud Photos on in the old phone but do have a backup, you can use the backup to setup the new phone; that will require erasing the new phone if you have already set it up. See instructions in Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
