how do i get apple music on macbook
I accidentally dragged the Apple Music logo to the middle of the screen and now it disappeared, how do I get it back?

If you mean that you dragged the Music app off of the Dock, open a Finder window, click "Applications" in the Finder "Go" menu, and then drag the Music app from the Finder Applications folder to the Dock.
