Can I stream to my iphone using cellular only?

For example, I'm in my car driving on the highway. Can I stream music?

The answer is yes.

I had to allow Apple Music access to Cellular data from Settings/Cellular...then scroll down to find the app.

So with Wifi off, I found and played music/song I never played before in Apple Music.
