iPad SIM card not working

The SIM card doesn't appear to be working on my iPad. I took it to Verizon and they tried replacing it with two separate SIM cards but none of them would get service and they told me I should take it to Apple to see if there's a problem with the iPad. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

You could try getting specific help through Apple Support app or at the top right-hand corner of this page- Get Support.

I use eSim rather than a SIM card. Try this for eSim. Verizon is one of the carriers. iPad + Cellular - Apple
