How to view dashcam on iPad Pro thru hub and hdmi cable

You cannot directly input video signal to the iPad over HDMI. If the dash cam has an associated App it may allow this over USB but not over HDMI. Search the App Store for an app for this particular dash cam.

Otherwise, you may be able to access the dash cam's storage through USB and view the videos as files in the iPad's Files app.
