How do I find com.apple.Bluetooth.plist in Apple M1 Mac?

I've been searching online for days and I'm unable to find an answer. In my previous MacBook Pro (2019 & 2020), I was able to find the com.apple.Bluetooth.plist file in this location: /Library/Preferences. Below is a screenshot of plist files in my /Library/Preferences.

The reason why I am looking for this file is so I can achieve preventing auto-pairing for certain devices (Bluetooth)

: https://newbedev.com/prevent-auto-pairing-for-certain-devices-bluetooth. If there's another way to achieve it without the plist file, I'd like that.

I'm using MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) (M1 Pro), macOS Monterey 12.2.1

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.2

I already tried this. I also pasted the results of my /Library/Preferences. The plist file (/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist) doesn't exist on my Mac. I've restarted and it's the same issue.
