How to remove non-removable configuration profile?

I installed this profile 2-3 years ago and cannot delete this out of my iPhone. Please help me delete this. Thanks a lot for you helps

Force the phone into DFU mode. Restore iOS using your computer. Do NOT restore a backup. Set it up from scratch as a new device.

Stop installing profiles intended to bypass the built in security and allow you to install illegal apps and content.
