Apple Music Library lost

Recently, I finished the subscription on Apple Music and changed the shop of the country I had (Russian Federation) to another shop (Austria). Then subscribed again. I hoped, the synchronization will give me back my previous Library, but it doesn’t. Could you somehow assist me in this endeavor? I would like to have my library and playlists back.

When you change regions you reset your Music library and playlists.
