hi, I have a awards on my Apple Watch watch activity app, if I restored my Apple Watch to factory settings, and setup as new, do I loose all those award and have to start from scratch and regain the awards?

If you set it up as new, then yes you will lose all your awards. If you restore from the backup you can create when you unpair your watch, then you will retain those awards. If you unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
