Syncing contacts to my car radio from my iPhone XR

Hello I have an IPhone XR and I was able to pair and connect my iPhone XR phone to my 2008 Chrysler 300C car stereo successfully but I can’t get my contacts to sync… I tried all the steps I have read over and over to do but my problem is I don’t see/have a “sync contacts” button to select when I go under my car in my Bluetooth menu that I keep reading I need to see. My phone synced fine to the stereo. I can make calls, answer them, talk through my stereo…. I just can’t get my contacts to sync by Bluetooth and I don’t know any other way to sync my contacts from my iPhone XR to my car stereo…. Is there any other way to get my contacts synced or downloaded from my iPhone XR to my car stereo or am I just SOL???
