No Service - iPhone 11

I am not getting service on my phone, but WiFi is working. 

Coverage inside the house is really not that great, but I usually get 1-2 signal bars in my area, but one day I no longer get a signal at all. I thought something was wrong with my sim, but when I put it in another phone, it works. I tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested by Apple customer support so many times, even the factory reset. Is it possible that this is a hardware issue even though the IMEI and modem firmware are still available? Or should I try to reset via itunes and wait for a software update?
