iPhone 11 after update 15.3.1

I can no longer text tp another iPhone. Best buy did a diagnostics, no hardware issues. ATT put in 5g sim card didn't work. ATT now has eSIM on my phone still doesn't work. ANy help would be appreciated. Lynda

What happens when you attempt to send a text? Do you see any errors or notification of errors?

I read all the documents you sent me. In imessage I do not have the option of "text message forwarding".

I also checked by ATT services and I have unlimited texting. I have already been to ATT store for help 3 times in a week. WHat else can you suggest?
