Iphone is disabled black screen - unable to enter recovery mode

I recently got my iPhone 7 screen replaced and after getting it replaced, I typed in my password and it said it was incorrect every single time. Eventually, the phone restarted and now rests on a completely black screen with text saying "iPhone is disabled, Connect to iTunes". I have attempted to put the iPhone into recovery mode but it just restarts and returns to the same screen. I've tried every combination of holding buttons so I'm clueless. I don't mind losing data, I'm just looking for any way to get back into my phone.

I understand that you are referring to the passcode that is used to get to the Home Screen of your iPhone. I also understand that your iPhone has been disabled. You will have to reset the passcode to your iPhone by following the instructions in this guide published by Apple 👉  If you forgot the passcode or if your iPhone has been disabled. You will need a computer to execute this procedure and all the data on your iPhone will be erased.
