Why can’t I mirror to my tv.
I have 3rd generation Apple box and have mirrored other shows. How do I add the HBO max app?

It seems that HBO Max now supports AirPlay to AirPlay 2-enabled devices, which Apple TV (3rd generation) is not, unfortunately.

The Apple TV (3rd generation) doesn’t support user-added apps. That feature was introduced with the 4th generation model.
