How to change the time of all day alerts from 9 AM to 7AM in Calendar App?

A 9 AM reminder for an all day event in Calendar App is generally useless to me as my day usually starts at 7 AM. A reminder at 9am the day before is even less helpful. How can I change this default time and why is it not obvious how to change it?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the default alert time (9AM) for all day events. You can change the day or days before but not the time. Furthermore, You can suggest this feature directly to Apple by leaving a product feedback here 👉Product Feedback - Apple
