Nope, it is a 32 bit app and Big Sur and later (which includes Monterey) will only run 64 bit apps. It is time for you to shell out more $$$ to upgrade. Please contact Adobe for details on what your best option is.

I can’t help with Adobe Suite 6 but I have successfully installed Lightroom 5 using my registration code, which I accessed from my Adobe account.
