No start up disc on macbook air 2017

Hi, I am having trouble getting into my MacBook air. When getting ready to sell it I deleted the startup discs thinking it would just delete my data so that the buyer wouldn't see my personal info. It did this but also deleted itself. I am unsure of where to go from here and how to fix it. (I have inserted two pics; one of my disk utility option and what discs I have and also the 'reinstall macOS' screen which has no disc for me to choose).

Mount the Drive:

Boot into Recovery Mode (Intel or Silicon) . You need to click the “Mount’ button to proceed. So, select the drives, and then click "Mount" Try rebooting once more. If of no success, then click unmount button, and then the mount button. Try rebooting once more. It looks dulled-out. So, if you cannot click it, then click the First Aid button to fix this volume.
