Macbook Pro 15" MID 2015 Start Up Issue

I have changed the battery [Macbook Pro 15" MID 2015] , why every time it needs to press shift control option power button for 10 second then only can start up the laptop.

Hi,

I suppose there may be an issue with the power-management system or an issue with the System Management Controller (SMC).

You'd better test your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports above error.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

Apple Diagnostics reference codes - Apple Support

If it doesn't help or reported error, you should contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if there is retail AppleStore near you or take your MacBook Pro to Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
