Realtek Driver - OSX Monterey

Hi,

Does anyone have an updated Driver for the Realtek Chipset also discussed here:

Also have the Dell 40" Monitor and Macbook Pro 2021 M1 MAX and not getting Near Gigabit Speed only getting around 200Mbit in speedtest, while our connection is 1000Mbit

Heck even WiFi is faster...
