Class Sets of iPads

Help! We have a class set of iPads and every time we try to download apps to use together two-factor authentication stands in our way! Verification codes are sent to multiple devices at the same time and multiple devices are requiring codes at the same time and within 5 minutes codes cannot be verified because we have attempted too many codes! What do other teachers/schools do? We waste our entire lesson trying to download one app and don’t even get through!
