Storage almost full 'message' on iphone 12 pro max 512gb

My wife keeps seeing this on her iphone: "Storage almost full ##% of storage full Clean Now". The percentage keeps changing, she only has 26.7gb of 512gb used. i looked at this and it is an "Ad" off of Youtube, so be very careful when seeing this. Do not click on the Ad or the "Install" message.
