Perhaps its you who is not "techie enough" to know Apple calls it the Ultra Wideband Chip in iPhone specifications. And an iPhone SE 3rd generation does NOT include such a chip. And Phil, who has been helping people on this forum for years, with more than 151,000 points is well versed and completely correct in what he posted.

The Ultra Wideband chip IS listed in the 13 Pro Models.
See this comparison --> https://www.apple.com/iphone/compare/?modelList=iphone13promax,iphone13pro,iphoneSE3rdgen
Check Cellular and Wireless specifications and you'll see it listed for 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max but NOT iPhone SE 3.
You need to recognize iPhone SE 3 is the least expensive iPhone model and as such it will not have the same features as the top models. If this is a feature you want, then you need to buy a higher level model.
No, it does not have the "Ultra WideBand chip for Spatial Awareness".
While the actual specs for the SE 3rd generation haven't been released, it seems very unlikely is does have the U1
A lightly used 12 mini, only 18 months old, is selling for about the price of a SE 3 if you need the U1, 11 for even less.
Ultra wideband processor for accurate locating an Air Tag.
It is not in the SE 2nd gen. Still works but is less accurate.
U1 is in the 11 and up phones.
The specs for iPhone SE 3rd gen were released days ago. And are easily found at www.apple.com.
It has the A15 CPU from the iPhone 13, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max.
Not sure what you mean by U1 chip. If you mean the M1 from the iPad Pros, new iPad Air, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro,. then no, it does not have that.

FYi, the technical, "iPhone SE (3rd generation) - Technical Specifications" are no yet posted. n Apple's site.
The U1 chip is listed in the 11 and up as well as the watch 6 in their respective technical specs.
The ultrawide band comparison of Iphones is referring to the camera, one lens vs. two.
The technical specs for iPhone SE 3 are up at Apple.com. And the comparison of the models I linked is accurate. And you are incorrect in your assessment the Ultrawide Band is referring to the cameras. There is indeed an Ultrawide camera lens on appropriate iPhone 13 models. The Ultra Wide with Spatial is completely different and is NOT included in iPhone SE 3.
You clearly did not check the specification difference between iPhone 13 Pro/13 Pro Max listed in Cellular and Wireless.
Maybe if you are not techie enough to know what a U1 chip is... then, maybe you don't need to reply... The process specs have been disclosed and I'm pretty sure the person that posted the question can read.... but here is your education: https://www.pocket-lint.com/phones/news/apple/149336-how-apple-s-u1-chip-adds-amazing-new-capabilities-to-the-iphone
I just had a look. It's kinda disappointing. I would pay extra for the U1 chip in the classic iPhone form factor. I don't need two or three cameras, one is fine. I love the airtags, but their use is limited without the U1 chip. It's ironic that they advertise the airtag on the same page as the iphone SE under "deck it out". When my iphone 8 dies, I'll have to weigh up the benefits of trading the fingerprint reader for a U1 chip it seems. My wife has the second generation iPhone SE and she is happy with it though.
.
The Ultra wideband chip is not listed as being in the other phones specs or comparisons, yet it is there.
Thanks for copying that cleanly Phil!
