What do i do if my phone wont unlock using face recognition?

Hello ~ You may have to follow this information:

If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro*

*If you still can't enroll your face or unlock your device with Face ID, take your device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support about your iPhone or your iPad.

Hello ~ Don’t let it stress you out…just have it checked out. I would do it soon as you have 14 days to return it and then after that time your AppleCare or AppleCare +will kick in.
