Wrong Password

Trying to update from OSX Yosemite to MacOS High Sierra, Mac Mini Mid 2011. When login to Apple APP store, keeps saying I entered wrong password, I have changed more than three times and same result, my Apple ID is *****@netzero.com

Your password and ID are two different things. Try this link to create a password.
