Wrong password/apple id in app store, but I know its right. Help!

I have a Macbook Air with Yosemite software. I want to upgrade to Monterey but when I try to login to App Store to download an error accours. It says wrong apple id or password, but I am 100% sure its not wrong...

Someone who can help me?
