About apple and iCloud accounts
I want to know if I can have both accounts and if I can do I use the said I’d or make a new one for each account I already have a iCloud is and password do I have to make a new one for apple?

iCloud (and all other Apple services including this forum) use your Apple ID and password. You don't need to make more than one Apple ID. See: Where can I use my Apple ID? - Apple Support
