About apple and iCloud account
I want to know If I can have iCloud account and apple account I already have iCloud account and password but if want to have a apple account do I need to make a I’d and password?

All Apple services including iCloud (and this forum) use your Apple ID. An "iCloud account" and an "Apple account" are the same thing -- e.g., you use your Apple ID to log into www.icloud.com
