Can't open iOS app on M1 Mac

I have a MacBook Air with the M1 chip and I’ve been using a small selection of 3 iOS apps since the day I got the Mac.

Since yesterday, the apps just won’t launch. Nothing happens at all.

I checked and I’m in the latest system version and all apps are up to date (one even updated 2 days ago - once again not an update crash as it happens to all iOS apps).

When examining the contents on those apps packages and trying to launch the WrappedBundle shortcut I get the message “ You can’t open the application because this application is not supported on this Mac”.

I have searched online and only found another 1 thread where 2 people mention the same and the only solution found was to turn on SIP as that person had it disabled. I checked and mine is enabled. I even disabled and then reenabled it to make sure, but no luck.
