Remote control/support of iphone for elderly relative

I have seen that there is nothing built in that would allow me to control or see my mum's iphone (we are not local and Teamviewer has been a lifesaver for her laptop) but can anyone recommend an app? She tends to panic at simple issues and if I can just see what the phone is doing, that should allow me to sort it.

Remote access/control of ipad I am trying to troubleshoot my 93 year old mother's ipad. I live 250 miles from her and need to access her ipad to see what is going on. Is there an app or method I can do so? At a minimum I need to see her screen but would like to take control of the ipad to correct the issues. iphone remote screen access Hello - Being able to remotely control my Dad's Mac screen via Message invitation has been a life saver. His memory is fast fading and he can't do anything on his computer without me helping him. He can't remember how to use his iPhone anymore either. He gets stuck and upset. I try to talk him through it, but it just doesn't work for him. Does anyone know if there is an iPhone version of remote access on the cards with Apple? It would be so amazing for helping people with cognitive decline. Thanks!

Is it possible to remotely view (and control) an iPad? My mother (88 years old) uses an iPad to communicate with us children, grand-children and grand-grand-children. She masters this mostly ok but inevitably again and again bumps into situations where she doesn't know what to do or how to react to certain dialogues or popups (typically update-, license- or security-related stuff). It would be most helpful if she could then call me for assistance and I could remotely view (and ideally control) here device from my PC. I googled for such SW but haven't found anything convincing, yet. Most products even require to use the same WiFi network which clearly is a no-go in our situation. Is there any solution or product that could be helpful for our use-case?

Actually the Teamviewer QS app will let me see the phone display from my PC so at least I can talk her through it
